Modern restaurant serving delicious Indonesian food. I especially love their Jagung Brondong Manis or corns sprinkled with cheese. Also tried their Nasi Cumi Hitam, fragrant rice with cumi hitam and pete. The Udang Rempah Special is recommended. The prawns were fresh and juicy and the bumbu rempah was flavorful. The stir fried stringbeans came with prawns too and also tasted great. Reasonable price, friendly staff and fast service.

First impression on the decorations and atmosphere was pretty nice (as you can see from the photos). If you're looking for a modern, clean, and comfortable Indonesian restaurant for friends coming from abroad, this might perfectly fit that list. The food is no kidding. We had some seafood dishes and they all taste amazing, including the sambal. The beverages are not just flashy, they actually taste quite unique. Service is good as the waiters/waitresses handle requests kindly but in a timely manner.

The Indonesian bistro restaurant, Rempah, offers an authentic flavor that I've had the pleasure of experiencing at multiple branches, and the taste remains consistently delightful. The satay is incredibly flavorful, and the peanut sauce truly captures the essence of Indonesian cuisine. I also had the opportunity to savor the tenderness of the meat, meeting my expectations. The desserts are equally delicious, and the meal concludes with a delightful sweetness.

Food and Drinks Amazing Indonesian food with a twist. The satay and the beef rendang is juicy and tender. I love the spices and herbs they use which creates a great combination of flavor. I would rank their food at the top part of my list of Indonesian restaurants. The price is quite good too in my opinion. Service Staff were nice and friendly. Ordering is done online and you can look through their menu on your phone which is convenient. Slight mishap with an order I made, but they were nice enough to give me a complimentary drink to make up for it. Atmosphere The place is nice and comfy and has lots of sofa seating available. It’s rare that you’d find a restaurant that serves Indonesian cuisine that has a place this comfy. I feel like I would be comfortable getting some work done here all day long. Great for all kinds of occassions from dining with your family, friends to having meetings.

So the Indonesian food is super good...we had a blast ordering many good traditional food with a twist. The drinks are also wonderful. My top picks would be the lontong, satay, and lontong. The venue is very nice and the place is very homy. The real issues are the orders are long and the waiters keep messing up and missing our orders.

MUST TRY for good modern X traditional Indonesian food! They have a very extensive menu and a great comfortable setting. They have a wide range of options and everything was fantastic. They have some of the best sate (satay) too! Satisfied with everything I had and I want to come back already What I tried: Jagung Brondong Manis (Grilled sweet corn) Grilled butter corn with sweet (cheese-like) seasoning and a hint of spice. Sate Ayam (Chicken Satay with peanut sauce at the side) Satay in Indonesia is superior, and this was amazing! Super juicy, tasty and fall off the stick tender. Ayam Rendang (Rendang Chicken) Rempah Bistro’s signature is their wide variety of different rendang meats, including Javanese Beef Rendang (Beef), Heritage Beef Rendang, Singkarak style Beef Rendang, Crispy Prawn Rendang, Fried Duck Rendang, Chicken Rendang and Squid Rendang. Rendang is basically dry curry meat, and typically beef is used. Their chicken rendang was really tasty, with crispy skin and tender meat. I also enjoyed the potatoes and cassava chips! Their rendang is a must try here. Soto Ayam (Light turmeric chicken soup) Nasi Kendil Duo Rempah (Rice served in a jug with double herbs) two types of rice (both yellow and white) and two types of eggs are used in this dish and the rendang chilli + crispy anchovies + fragrant rice combination is everything Pisang Kremes Gula Merah Caramelised, fried and crispy banana topped with palm sugar and cinnamon. The outer thin crispy batter is savoury and slightly salty, with soft sweet banana inside! Ongol Ongol Tigadari Little bitesize steamed sweet potato cakes! Slightly chewy with a dense texture similar to traditional Indonesian steamed cakes. This was really good we ordered a second serving!

Rendang and nasi kendil menu are their best choices. Jagung bakar snack is also their trademark. Comfort food at a more decent price than similar premium Indonesian dining restaurant.
